1) Which rope is best for beginners?
Most starters love our Beaded Freestyle-Flow™. The bead weight and shape give clear feedback, hold their arc, and won’t kink—perfect for learning rhythm, timing, crosses, and freestyle.
If you’re focused on conditioning and speed, the PVC Turbo-Flow™ (5 mm string-core) is lighter and faster—great for footwork, stamina work, and double unders.
Many athletes keep both: beaded for skills/freestyle, PVC for speed/conditioning.
2) Which jump rope is right for me?
Choose based on goal:

- Cardio & speed (incl. DUs): PVC Turbo-Flow™
- Heavy conditioning: Consider heavier variants (when available)

3) Any beginner tips?
Start slow, keep elbows in, jump low (1–2 cm), and spin from the wrists. Use a Timeless Jump Mat to reduce impact and protect your rope. Practice 5–10 minutes consistently, add variety, and celebrate small wins.
4) How do I prevent shin splints or aches?
Gradual volume, soft surface (our mat helps), proper footwear, gentle calf/ankle mobility, and form (quiet landings). If pain persists, rest and consult a professional.
5) How long should my jump rope be?
As a starting point, stand on the center of the rope: the handles should reach mid-chest. As you improve, shorten progressively for efficiency and control.
6) How do I adjust rope length?
Each rope adjusts slightly differently. See the Rope Care & Sizing Guide for step-by-step photos (beaded and PVC).
7) My PVC rope is coiling—what do I do?
Gently warm the cord (sunlight or warm room), hang it straight, or lay it on the Timeless Jump Mat under light tension. Store coiled loosely (not tight bends).

8) How do I access the Timeless Jump App or Skool?
After purchase, you’ll receive separate email invitations. Click to activate. Can’t find them? Check spam/social tabs or search “Welcome to Timeless Jump”. Still stuck? Email us—we’ll resend.
9) I didn’t receive my invite. What now?
Email support@timelessjump.com with your order email. We’ll resend your activation link and make sure you’re in.
10) How do subscriptions and free trials work?
Many programs start with a free trial, then continue on a recurring 28-day billing cycle. You can manage or cancel anytime via your “Manage My Membership” link (sent in your welcome email) or by contacting support. Access remains until the end of your current period.
11) Will you refund if I forgot to cancel?
We’ll refund if the membership shows no activation/sign-in/usage. As a courtesy, we may refund the most recent 28-day cycle if you reach out promptly. We can’t refund prior cycles if usage is detected.
Orders, Shipping & Customs
12) Where is my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Typical windows:
- UAE & Middle East: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
Peak seasons, customs, or courier issues can add time. We’ll help you track and resolve any delays.
13) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Most deliveries are smooth end-to-end. In some regions (e.g., Turkey, Mexico, South Africa), local authorities may require a national ID/tax number to clear customs. Please have it ready if requested.
14) Who pays duties or VAT?
International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import fees. We’ll support you with documentation and guidance.
15) My package is lost or arrived damaged—what should I do?
Email support@timelessjump.com within 7 days of expected delivery (lost) or receipt (damaged). We’ll investigate and replace as needed.
Returns, Warranty & Guarantees
16) What’s your return policy?
We offer a 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on physical products. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery—start by emailing support with your order number.
17) Do you really replace ropes if they snap?
Yes. Our 1-Year No-Snap Warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use. Contact us with a brief video/photo and order details.
18) How fast are refunds?
Once approved/received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
19) Should I file a bank chargeback if there’s an issue?
No need. Reach us directly at support@timelessjump.com and we’ll resolve it immediately. Chargebacks slow everything down; we handle refunds and replacements faster in-house.

20) What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Apple/Google Pay (where available), and PayPal via our secure checkout.
21) Do you offer promos or discount codes?

22) Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can often be adjusted within 12 hours of purchase. Email us ASAP. If it’s already processed/shipped, use our return options.

23) Why don’t you stock every color?
We prioritize performance, durability, and consistent stock on our core colorways. New colors drop in limited runs—follow our socials for releases.
24) Do I need a mat?

25) How do I care for my rope?

26) Am I too old to start?
Jump rope is scalable. If you’re new or returning, consider a quick check with your doctor, start with short sessions (5–10 min), use proper shoes, and train on a mat. Progress slowly and listen to your body.
27) Is this safe for kids?
With supervision and an appropriate rope length, kids can benefit from coordination and cardio. Always ensure safe space, proper footwear, and short sessions.
