Our Guarantee
- 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee – If you’re not fully satisfied within the first 100 days, you can return your product for a refund.
- 1-Year No-Snap Warranty – All our ropes are built for durability. If your rope snaps or breaks under normal use within 1 year, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Returns (Physical Products)
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging.
- To start a return, email support@timelessjump.com with your order number.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds (Memberships & Subscriptions)
- Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You’re always in control and may cancel your membership at any time.
- Refunds: We will refund your membership if you have not used, activated, or signed in. As a courtesy, we may also refund the last month billed if you reach out promptly. However, we cannot retroactively refund past months if usage is detected.
- Cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
