At Timeless Jump™, we want your membership experience to be clear, flexible, and stress-free. This policy explains how our subscriptions work and how you stay in control.

Free Trials

• Many of our programs (e.g., Timeless Jump Skool, VO₂ Max Shreds) begin with a free trial.
• Trials convert into paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges.

Billing & Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a 28-day billing cycle (not calendar months).
• Your renewal date will move every cycle by 28 days from the original signup date.
• Yearly plans (if offered) are billed once per year; otherwise, recurring plans follow the every-28-days schedule.
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or other integrated gateways.
• You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of your current 28-day period.

“By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges every 28 days until canceled. Cancel anytime via your membership link. No hidden steps.”

Managing Your Subscription

• You’re always in control — subscriptions can be managed or canceled anytime via the “Manage My Membership” link in your welcome email or by contacting support@timelessjump.com.
• Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed.
• Refunds may be issued if you have not logged in, activated, or used your membership.
• As a courtesy, we may refund the most recent month if you reach out promptly. We cannot issue retrospective refunds for earlier months if usage is detected.

Important: No Need for Chargebacks

If you ever face an issue, contact us directly at support@timelessjump.com. We’ll assist you immediately — no need to file a chargeback with your bank, which only slows down resolution.
