Shipping Policy

Here is exactly how your order gets to you, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if anything goes sideways. If you ever have a question that this page does not answer, just reach out. We usually reply within the hour.

Where we ship

We ship internationally from our fulfillment center in China to customers in the United States and most countries worldwide. A few destinations may be unavailable or limited due to carrier or customs restrictions. If you are not sure we can reach you, message us before you order and we will check.

Our digital membership, the Timeless Jump Club™, is not shipped at all. See the digital products section below.

Order processing

  • Your order is prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center, and processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will get an order confirmation email right away, and a separate dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times

Every shipment is tracked, and insured where available. The windows below include processing and international transit, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs clearance can add time (see below), and international orders may take a little longer depending on your destination.

  • Standard shipping: free on every order. Estimated delivery 7 to 10 business days.
  • Express shipping: $4.97, and free on orders over $80. Estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and confirmed at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our express promise: if you pay for express shipping and your order still arrives later than the express window, just reach out and we will refund the express fee. Simple as that.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to start updating, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first. Lost the email? Check your account or message us and we will resend it.

Oversized items: the jump mat ships separately

Our jump mat is a big one, over 2 kg, so it travels on its own even when you order it alongside a rope. A few things to know:

  • Your order will split into two parcels, each with its own tracking number.
  • The two parcels may arrive on different days. The rope and smaller items often land first while the mat follows.
  • This is completely normal. Nothing is missing, the rest is on the way.
  • Oversized international shipping can take longer or cost more in some regions. If that applies to your order, we will let you know before we ship.

Digital products: the Timeless Jump Club™

The Club is a digital coaching membership, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping cost. You get access through your account and by email as soon as you start, no waiting on a parcel.

Customs, duties, and import charges

Because your order ships internationally from China, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees when it enters your country. This can apply to customers in the United States as well as elsewhere.

  • These charges are set by your country's authorities, not by us, and they are your responsibility as the recipient. They are separate from the price you pay us at checkout.
  • United States customers, please note: as of 2025, the U.S. ended the duty-free de minimis exemption for goods shipped from China, so orders to the U.S. may now be subject to import duties and customs charges regardless of order value. Rules and rates change, so for the latest details check current U.S. Customs and Border Protection guidance before you order.
  • We cannot predict, calculate, or control these charges. For an estimate, check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • By law, we declare the accurate value and contents of every shipment. We cannot mark orders as a gift or under-declare their value, and we will decline any request to do so.
  • Customs clearance can add time to delivery, and any such delay is outside our control. If a parcel is held by customs, please follow the instructions your carrier or customs office provides.

If an unexpected charge ever leaves you confused or frustrated, please reach out before disputing anything. We will explain exactly what is going on and help however we can.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we ship to the address you provide. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that you entered. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will reship it once any reshipping cost is covered, or refund the cost of the item, your choice. Spot a mistake before your order ships? Contact us right away and we will do our best to fix it.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, customs, weather, peak seasons, and other events outside our control can slow things down. If we know of a delay affecting your order, we will reach out and keep you posted.

Failed delivery and unclaimed packages

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a reshipping cost may apply) or to refund it in line with our Refund Policy.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your order is lost in transit, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right. Because our shipments are tracked and insured, we can investigate with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund. Please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and for damage, keep the packaging and send us a photo if you can.

Order has not arrived when you expected it? Please do not panic, and please come to us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will track it down and make it right, and that is always faster than a chargeback.

Changing or canceling an order

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched we may not be able to change it, but we will always try. For returns and refunds after delivery, see our Refund Policy.
