Cancellation Policy

At Timeless Jump™, we value flexibility and transparency. Please review the cancellation terms below for both physical orders and digital memberships.

We believe in keeping things clear, fair, and simple. You’re always in control of your memberships, and we provide transparent ways to manage or cancel at any time.

Our support team is here to assist you whenever needed, ensuring that your experience remains stress-free. Whether it’s canceling an order or managing a subscription, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Physical Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@timelessjump.com.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return it under our [Returns & Refunds Policy].


Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Free trials (e.g., Timeless Jump Skool or VO₂ Max programs) will automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the “Manage My Membership” link sent in your welcome email, or by contacting support@timelessjump.com.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund partial months already billed.
  • Refunds: We only issue refunds if your membership has not been used, activated, or shows no signs of login or usage. As a courtesy, we may refund the most recent month if you contact us promptly. However, we cannot issue retrospective refunds for previous months if the account was accessed or used.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
