At Timeless Jump™, we want your membership experience to be clear, flexible, and stress-free. This policy explains how the Timeless Jump Club™ subscription works and how you stay in control.

Free trials

  • The Timeless Jump Club™ begins with a 14-day free trial.
  • Your trial converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid any charge. We also email you a reminder before your trial ends and before your first charge, so it is never a surprise.

Billing and renewals

  • After your trial, your subscription renews automatically on a 28-day billing cycle (not calendar months).
  • Your renewal date moves forward 28 days from your original signup date each cycle.
  • If we ever offer an annual plan, it is billed once per year. Otherwise, your subscription follows the 28-day cycle above.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, and other integrated gateways.
  • Charges appear on your statement as "Timeless Jump, Inc" or "Timeless SP."
  • You can cancel anytime, and your access stays active until the end of your current 28-day cycle.

Checkout disclosure (short version): "By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges every 28 days until you cancel. Cancel anytime via your membership link. No hidden steps."

Managing your subscription

You are always in control. You can manage, pause, or cancel your membership anytime, in any of these ways:

  • The "Manage My Membership" link in your welcome email, which takes you straight to your membership settings.
  • Account login: Use this link to edit https://timelessjump.com/apps/subscriptions log in with the email you bought with and manage your membership there.
  • Contacting us at support@timelessjump.com or on live chat.

Not ready to leave for good? You can pause instead of canceling and pick up where you left off. Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed.
  • We may issue a refund if you have not logged in, activated, or used your membership.
  • As a courtesy, we may refund your most recent billing cycle if you reach out promptly. We cannot issue refunds for earlier cycles once usage is detected.

No need for chargebacks

If you ever run into an issue or see a charge you do not expect, contact us directly at support@timelessjump.com. We will help you right away and resolve it fairly. There is no need to file a chargeback with your bank, which only slows the resolution down for everyone. We would always rather hear from you and sort it out together.
