This policy covers both, the physical products and the membership services.

Who we are
Timeless Jump™ is a technology company that designs sports and lifestyle products with coaching services. We build ropes, mats, and accessories, and we teach people how to use them through the Timeless Jump Club™, our coaching membership. Our timeless standard: gear that lasts and coaching that works.
Built on transparency
Please note, Timeless Jump™ will always show, and clearly highlight exactly what you are buying, what it costs, and when you will be billed. Every charge, recurring ones included, shows up on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, and in your confirmation emails. We also add a disclaimer inside of your product packaging. Some options may be selected by default, but nothing is ever hidden, and you can change or remove anything before you pay.
Chargebacks and disputes
IMPORTANT: If you do not recognise a charge, were billed unexpectedly, forgot to cancel your free trial, an order has not arrived, or anything else looks off, please come to us before you go to your bank, raising a dispute or chargeback.
We will always refund any unexpected charge right away, usually within the hour, while a bank dispute can drag on for weeks. So reach for us first, on live chat, email, or our contact page, and we will sort it out, every time. We would genuinely rather hear from you directly than deal with a chargeback or a dispute, and honestly, you come out ahead too.

Physical products
100 days to change your mind
Take your time. You have got 100 days from the day it lands to return any unused item in its original condition (ropes in their packaging, apparel unworn and unwashed). Message us and we will take it from there. No forms or hoops to jump through.
Ropes, equipment, and accessories
Changed your mind within 100 days, or something showed up faulty or wrong? Message us. We will replace it or refund it, your call.
Apparel
Fit is a personal thing. If something does not sit right, email or start a chat with us and we will sort it out, whether that is a fresh size or a refund. Easy.
The Jump mat ships separately
Our jump mat is a big one, over 2 kg, so it travels on its own. If you order it alongside a rope, the order will be divided into two separates packages. Totally normal. You will get two tracking numbers, one per parcel. So if half your order arrives and you are eyeing the door for the rest, do not sweat it, the rest is on the way. Want a status check? Message us anytime and we will tell you exactly where everything is.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or just is not what you ordered, message us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, your choice. None of this affects the rights you already have under applicable U.S. federal or state law, including implied warranties.
Warranty
We build our gear to last, and we stand behind it:
- Handles: lifetime. If a handle ever fails, for any reason, we will repair or replace it for as long as you own it.
- Cables: 3 years. If a cable fails within three years of your purchase, for any reason, we will repair or replace it.
To make a claim, message us with your order number and a photo, and we will take care of the rest.
The Timeless Jump Club™
The Club is our digital coaching membership: training programs, real coaching, and the ongoing support to actually get you results. It kicks off with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime, so you are never tied down and never paying for something you have not had a proper chance to try. A membership cannot be shipped back like a rope, but our rule is refreshingly simple:
If you were billed and did not mean to be, we refund you.
How billing works
- Spelled out up front. The trial length, your first billing date, and the monthly price are all shown before you start and confirmed at checkout. Do not want the membership? Remove it before you pay.
- 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. You get a full two weeks to decide.
- Billing starts after the trial. If you do not cancel before day 14, your first monthly payment kicks in that day and renews monthly until you cancel.
- Reminders before billing starts. We email you before the trial ends and before that first charge, so it is never a surprise.
- Easy to spot. Charges land on your statement as "Timeless Jump, Inc" or "Timeless SP."

Cancel or pause anytime
Managing your membership is genuinely easy, and you have got three ways to do it:
- The link we email you. When your trial starts, we send a link straight to your membership settings, where you can pause or cancel anytime. It lives in your inbox, so it is always there when you need it.
- Account login: Use this link to edit https://timelessjump.com/apps/subscriptions log in with the email you bought with and manage your membership there.
- Just ask. Ping us on live chat or email and we will pause or cancel it for you. Done.
Not ready to say goodbye, just need a breather? Hit pause instead of canceling and pick up right where you left off. Either way, you keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties.
Charged by mistake?
Forgot to cancel before the trial wrapped up? Did not realize it was a subscription? Hey, it happens to the best of us. Message us and we will refund the charge, no questions asked. An honest mix-up is not fraud, and we would never treat it like one.
100-Day Results Guarantee
We back our coaching, plain and simple. Join the Club, follow the program, and if you have not seen real progress in 100 days, message us and we will make it right. We are coaches first, and your results are the whole point.
How refunds work
Once we have confirmed the details with you, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to post it, so hang tight if it is not instant.
Before you dispute, talk to us first
A chargeback takes your bank weeks, a message to us takes minutes. We refund any unexpected charge directly, so there is really no need to loop in your bank. The fastest fix is always with us, and we are happy to help.
