Timeless Jump is a complete jump rope training system. We've spent 10 years teaching people to jump rope, and we've turned everything we learned into one step-by-step plan. You get the rope, the plan, and a coach and community in your corner. All you do is show up, 10–15 minutes a day, and let the results stack up.
Your TJ Club access and digital bonuses land in your inbox right after checkout.
You don't pay. 100 days to love it or return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Handles guaranteed for life, cords for 3 years.
Not when done right — in fact, it's easier on your joints than running. You land on both feet, barely an inch off the ground, so the impact is low and spread evenly. Level 1 teaches that soft, light form from day one. And that gentle impact is exactly what builds stronger bones and better balance.
For extra protection on hard floors, train on the G-Force 0 mat.
Every Timeless rope model comes 10 ft (3 m) long and fully adjustable, so you can dial it to your exact height in seconds. A perfect fit for you — or anyone you share it with.
Our quick sizing guide shows you exactly how. See the Sizing Guide →
Ships within 24 hours, arrives in 5–7 business days. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it ships.

High quality rope
This is a definitely a high quality rope! Cardio feels fun and effective, already seeing weight loss results.
Yes, mainly because it's efficient. At a moderate-to-fast pace it burns calories at a rate comparable to running, and studies have found 10 minutes of rope can match the cardio benefit of a 15-minute jog. The real fat-loss advantage is consistency: a 15-minute session you can do at home is one you'll actually stick to.
Short, high-intensity rounds spike your heart rate and keep burning afterward, weight-loss cardio with no treadmill and no gym required.
Yes. Used as a regular stamina workout, it steadily builds your endurance, lung capacity, and footwork week after week.
Just 10–15 minutes a day is enough to start burning fat and building cardio. Your 14-Day Free Jumprope Challenge maps out exactly how to build the habit.
Yes, it's the perfect rope to start with. The feedback and control make learning the basics smooth and effortless, while still delivering the performance pros demand. A genuinely beginner-friendly fitness jump rope you won't outgrow.
PVC is lightweight and built for speed, cardio, and smooth rotations. Beaded is slightly heavier, with the rhythm and feedback that help you perfect your timing and control. We recommend both for the most complete training experience.
Every rope comes with a quick-swap and snap adjustment system. Size it once and you're set, no extra tools required, and it fits everyone from kids to tall adults.
Yes. The handles are shatter-proof with lifetime durability, and the cables are made from premium, tangle-free materials (PVC or nylon/beads). This is a quality jump rope designed to withstand daily training, indoors or outdoors, built to outlast every cheap rope you've replaced.
We stand behind every rope with the Timeless Guarantee: a 100-Day Risk-Free Trial, 100% Satisfaction Refund, and Lifetime Handle Warranty. If it's not for you, send it back within 100 days for a full refund
Yes, Buy 1 Get 1 and Buy 2 Get 2 bundles let you add ropes for training partners or the whole household, at a better price per rope.

I’m a beginner and I made the mistake of buying a cheap rope….then I stumbled upon the Timeless jump rope….all I can say is WOW! Having the proper rope really does make a difference, especially if you’re new to jumping! Best jump rope in the game, hands down!
I’m honestly impressed with the simplicity and effectiveness of the design! Great rope, definitely recommend 🌟

Love the Jump Rope Thank you❤️🪲❗️
Love my new ropes. I started with a cheap Temu rope and figured I might upgrade to see if it helps. I have found these definately glide through the air better and don't tangle like my temu one did. The core inside seems to help with this and helps it glide better. I noticed it makes more or a whooshing noise as it goes through the air than my old rope which is a good sign I think. I got the 4 pack so I can interchange the handles and love it. Wish you sold handles separately so you can mix and match colours. Everyone who says it's a cheap Chinese rope doesn't understand how a PVC rope operates, this doesn't have ball bearings and isn't used the same as a wire rope, it's great for routines and dance skip which is what I got them for. Shipping was fast and I love the bags and little extras you get. Nice touch! Thank you!

Ich nutze es seit fast einem Monat und möchte es nie wieder missen 😎
Improving, i enjoy and love it
Esta muy bien.
I like the flow of this pvc rope. Ive been on this for almost 3 months now included the beaded rope. My last timeless jump pvc rope was broken off because I over did double under so fast plus I tripped over a few times. So Im learning to take my time not to rush until I learn new skills. The only thing Im trying to learn is the mic release.
Excellente rotation !
I got them just for the color. But I'm surprise about everything. From the packaging to the product everything was a huge surprise. I'm really impressed. Thank you.
I love it 😻
Sin ninguna duda este es el mejor material y de la mejor calidad recomendado para aprender y disfrutar cada dia
Unbeatable feedback and the handles fit perfectly in my palms. I feel every movement and my hands don’t cramp even after a while
