Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (including weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on eligible orders (as stated at checkout).
  • Typical delivery times:
  • USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
  • UAE & Middle East: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days
  • Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees applied by their local authorities.

  • We cover most of the process to make delivery smooth. However, in some regions (such as Turkey, Mexico, or South Africa), local regulations may require customers to provide national ID or tax identification numbers for customs clearance.
  • Timeless Jump™ is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or failure to provide required documentation.

Lost or Damaged Packages
