Timeless Jump, Inc. (“Timeless Jump”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you shop at timelessjump.com, join our programs (Skool/App), or interact with us.

1) Who we are & scope
This Policy applies to our website, store checkout, the Timeless Jump App and Skool community (hosted on third-party platforms), emails/SMS/WhatsApp, events, and customer support.
We are the data controller for your personal data (under GDPR/UK law). Some partners act as processors (see Section 6).
2) Information we collect
You provide: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, account details, membership selections, survey responses, support messages, community posts, challenge submissions, photos/videos (UGC), and—where required for customs—national/tax ID numbers (e.g., Turkey, Mexico, South Africa).
Automatically: device & browser data, IP address, approximate location, cookie IDs, pages viewed, clicks, session data, and purchase activity (via Shopify/analytics tools).
From others: payment providers (payment status, last 4 digits/brand—never full card), shipping carriers, anti-fraud/chargeback prevention services, and social/ads platforms when you interact with our ads or connect accounts.
Payment data: Card details are processed by our payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal) and are not stored by us.
3) How we use your information
- Orders & delivery: process payments, fulfill, ship, provide tracking, and handle returns/warranty.
- Memberships: send invites, enable access to the App/Skool, manage subscriptions (28-day billing), support coaching and progress features.
- Support & safety: respond to messages, verify identity, prevent fraud/abuse, resolve disputes (including chargebacks).
- Experience: personalize content, remember preferences, improve website/app performance.
- Marketing (with consent where required): emails/SMS/ads about products, programs, and events; measure and optimize campaigns.
- Legal compliance: tax/accounting, consumer requests, court orders, customs requirements (incl. ID numbers where legally required).
4) Legal bases (GDPR/UK)
- Contract: to fulfill purchases, deliver products, and provide memberships.
- Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, product improvement, limited direct marketing where permitted.
- Consent: analytics/advertising cookies, email/SMS marketing where required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and consumer protection.
- Vital interests/Public task: rarely, e.g., safety issues.
5) Cookies & tracking
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tech for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Manage preferences anytime via Cookie Settings (footer) and see our Cookie Policy for details. Where technically feasible, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt-out preferences.
6) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may “share” (CPRA term) identifiers with ad partners for cross-context advertising unless you opt out.
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions:
- Commerce & payments: Shopify, payment gateways, fraud/chargeback prevention.
- Fulfillment & shipping: warehouses, carriers, customs brokers (incl. ID numbers where required by local law).
- Community & coaching: platforms powering the App/Skool, video hosting, live sessions.
- Analytics & ads: measurement and ad platforms (e.g., Google/Meta/TikTok, as applicable).
- Support & comms: email, SMS/WhatsApp tools, help desk.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer (e.g., merger).
7) International transfers
We operate globally and may transfer data to countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for EEA/UK data.
8) Retention
- Orders & invoices: typically 7 years (tax/accounting).
- Membership & community data: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after (e.g., 24 months) or as needed for legal claims.
- Marketing data: until you opt out or your consent is withdrawn.
We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
9) Your rights & choices
EEA/UK: access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability; withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing).
California (CPRA): right to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit use of sensitive information, and non-discrimination.
How to exercise: email support@timelessjump.com. We may verify your request (and authorized agents).
Marketing choices: unsubscribe links in emails; reply STOP for SMS; disable Ads/Analytics in Cookie Settings; use Google/Meta ad preferences.
Do Not Track: no standard; we endeavor to honor GPC signals.
10) Community content, recordings & UGC
Posts you make inside our community (Skool/App) may be visible to other members. We may record live sessions (e.g., workshops or reviews); we’ll indicate when recording occurs. We may feature your testimonials/UGC with your consent (or as permitted by platform terms); you can revoke future use by contacting us.
11) Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. If we learn we’ve collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we’ll delete it.
12) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices). No system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials safe and notify us of any suspected breach.
13) Chargebacks & dispute resolution
If something isn’t right, contact us first at support@timelessjump.com. We can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. We also work with payment and dispute-resolution partners to prevent fraud and handle claims fairly.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in laws, technology, or our practices. We’ll post the new date at the top; material changes will be highlighted on-site.
